3 details that you should never forget when drafting your wedding budget
I know that a to-do list is very long when planning a wedding even after designing it in advance there are some details that can be forgotten.
This can happen if you are organizing the event yourself, but even if you have hired a Planner who guides you, the bride and groom always forget at least 1 detail. (it happens to us all!)
Below I want to help a little by discussing some details or items that you can forget while planning – so you do not forget them and add them to the list!
- PLACE FOR PROFESSIONALS
Think about it. Most professionals will stay overnight, and of course, they need to be fed too!
For example, the coordinator, the photographer, the cameraman, the DJ or the band, and the people in charge of the lighting, are a part of the professionals who should be provided with food as well as a place in the hall. Remember to confirm if any other professional will need to be included in the final guest number.
Usually, most restaurants have a rule for the food, be sure to ask or add the number to your list.
2. SHIPPING
If you have ordered invitations or thank you cards, do not forget to add a number for shipping to the budget.
You will probably have guests out of town or abroad for whom invitations or thank you cards need to be posted, get a price from your local post office, and note this in your budget.
3. WEDDING INSURANCE
Have you ever heard of this? Yes yes, the wedding insurance you read it well.
You may need this insurance in case time is running out, and there should be a plan B for the event, someone is injured, and you have to move it, or any of the professionals do not come to the event.
So some precautions are needed, and in this case, an item should be added to the budget. (I wish it will never be needed to be used)
You may not have thought of these details that seem insignificant, but that in total is an added figure in the budget.
Now I will enjoy reading your opinion.
Go to the comments below and tell me which of these details did you not think about at all?
Do not hesitate to write as many details as possible, as someone else reading the article may need your opinion.
